Kelsey Biser is no stranger to small-town living. Growing up in a small town in the Midwest, her first job was at a small diner in Wisconsin. Now with over 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry, she’s all about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s in tune with the local community. Her whole life, she’s lived by the motto of connecting people through memorable experiences, and for her, nothing does that better than good food, beverages, and entertainment. She sees it as more of a passion and a calling than just a career.
